Targeted Reiki session that focuses specifically on joints and muscles taking on extra stress from active fitness lifestyle. Enjoy 60 minutes of relaxation treatment that focuses on settling inflammation and re-balancing energy levels. Discussion of findings will occur as part of open communication session. This service is recommended monthly for athletes and those who are actively participating in fitness routines or competitions. *Please note this service should not replace any medical treatment by a licensed physician. Results should feel comparable to a Swedish massage.
