Karen is an Intuitive Crystal Reiki Master and Certified Life Coach/counselor. Using her training and life experiences, she is able to facilitate healing and clarity for her clients. Working with your guides, she will be able to help you release and let go of all that no longer serves you. A Crystal Reiki session is designed to dissolve stress and release tension in the body, allowing you to deeply relax and let go, releasing emotional and physical pain. All the while infusing your system with renewed vitality, focus, and energy. Physical touch is rarely involved with reiki, a type of energy healing developed in Japan in the early 20th century. Reiki is a high vibrational energy force that is transmitted through a practitioner, who must be trained and attuned to that energy. When that energy moves from the universe, through the practitioner, into the recipient, their body is best set up into natural healing. Karen uses different holistic energy practices to communicate with your guides and find the source of the dis-ease This helps gets to the root of the problem. "Realigning" chakras is awesome and brings relaxing results. With the additional modalities, Karen is able to "remove" traumas or issues that are still affecting the body. After your session, Karen will go over notes that were taken and suggestions are given to continue the healing process at home.
